The minimum order for the Candle Impressions gift store core catalog is $500 before taxes and shipping, unless otherwise stated. This minimum order is the same for online and physical orders in Canada and the United States.
All orders must be placed with a valid Visa or Mastercard credit card. Upon completing a transaction on our checkout page, you will be charged immediately. All payments are processed securely.
THERE ARE NO DUTIES, TARIFFS, IMPORT TAXES, OR OTHER FEES ON ANY ORDER SHIPPING INTO THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA. All orders are shipped to deliver with duties and freight paid. The price charged at checkout covers product, cost of import (if applicable), and cost of transportation. All orders are billed in USD; currency conversion or foreign currency transaction charges may be levied by your financial institution or credit card company.
Most orders will be delivered within 3-10 business days. The shipping rates shown online only apply to orders shipping within the Continental USA or Canada. For worldwide shipping rates, please contact us for an accurate quote. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
All flameless candle products are protected by a 12-18 month warranty (depending on the product). If your product is defective, and covered under warranty, it will be replaced at no charge to you.
Opened or otherwise damaged or used product will not be accepted as a return under any circumstance. Any unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for all transportation and (if applicable) duty costs associated with returning unwanted product.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, that's okay. We will accept order cancellations for any order that has not yet shipped. You will receive a 100% refund. To arrange an order cancellation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the word 'CANCEL' and your order number in the Subject line.
